Woodwinds Catering provides an exceptional culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression on your guests. Our meticulously crafted packages cover every aspect of your event, from delicious catering options to expertly curated bar services, attentive staff, and seamless planning and coordination.

Your Guests’ Experience

Your guests’ experience will begin as soon as they enter the property, guided by signage matching your stationery. They will be greeted by the charming sound of an antique 1950s red Farmall tractor and wagon, transporting them to the event space. For those needing extra assistance, a private valet golf cart ride is available.

Upon arrival, a Van Wilgen’s staff member will direct guests to the ceremony site or event space surrounded by Christmas evergreens. Guests can enjoy a stroll along our 8-acre pond and take selfies on the dock.
